Modified artificial bee colony algorithm for solving mixed interval-valued fuzzy shortest path problem

Abstract In recent years, numerous researchers examined and analyzed several different types of uncertainty in shortest path (SP) problems. However, those SP problems which the costs arcs are expressed terms mixed interval-valued fuzzy numbers less addressed. Here, for solving such uncertain problems, first a new procedure is extended to approximate summation using alpha cuts. Then, an distance function introduced comparing weights. Finally, we intend use modified artificial bee colony (MABC) algorithm find membership network. The proposed illustrated via two applications wireless sensor networks then results compared with derived from genetic particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithms, based on three indexes convergence iteration, time run time. obtained confirm that MABC has implementation GA PSO algorithm.
